Saffron Rice    


Ingredients:

  • Rice / Basmati Rice
  • Cardamom
  • Cinnamon Sticks
  • Clove
  • Cashew Nut
  • Cumin
  • Rasins

How to make

  • Take a big bowl and wash Basmati rice for 5 times.
  • Soak Basmati rice for 1 or 2 hours
  • Take big Pan put about 5 Gallon of water add rice and boil it.
  • When you feel rice is cooked, stop boiling and drain water
  • On small Pan warm Ghee
  • Put Jeera (Cumin)– and Then 10-15 Clove (Laving) 8-10 Cardamom (Ilaychi) Few
    Stick of Cinnamon, then put 30-40 half cashew / Raisins 40-50
  • And one bag of Green peas. (Just sauté for 5-6 min – then add sugar water and salt)
    (Melt sugar in half cup to melt use Rose water  & Water which gives good flavo)
  • Spread the mixture on rice and mix it well
  • Finally, In small Vadki/or Cup take few spoon water and Put saffron- soak about
    15 min Then add some Orange food color. Sprinkle on rice and mix it
