This is traditional French sauce
Ingredients:

Medium shallots, minced (Small Onions)

1/ cup dry white wine

1/4 cup white-wine vinegar

Pinch crushed black peppercorns
- 4 large sprigs fresh tarragon (Or dry –Find in any grocery Store- Before you start
Put this in vinegar)
For the sauce:
- 2 spoons butter
- 3 large spoon Mayonnaise
- 1 Small Spoon Mustard
- 3 Tbs. water
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
