Béarnaise Sauce    

This is traditional French sauce

Ingredients:

  • Medium shallots, minced (Small Onions)

  • 1/ cup dry white wine

  • 1/4 cup white-wine vinegar

  • Pinch crushed black peppercorns

  • 4 large sprigs fresh tarragon (Or dry –Find in any grocery Store- Before you start
    Put this in vinegar)

For the sauce:

  • 2 spoons butter
  • 3 large spoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 Small Spoon Mustard
  • 3 Tbs. water
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
