Hollandaise Sauce    


Ingredients:

  • 4 spoon Mayonnaise – 1 – spoon Mustard 

  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil or olive oil

  • Sweet Melted Butter

  • pinch salt

  • Pinch Pepper

    How to Make

  • whisk mayonnaise and mustard with lemon juice and add slowly vegetable oil or
    olive oil. and doubled in volume.
  • Place the bowl on stove
  • Keep on low flame
    Continue to whisk rapidly
  • Slowly drizzle in the melted butter and continue to whisk until the sauce is thickened
    and doubled in volume. Remove from heat, whisk in cayenne and salt.
  • Cover and place in a warm spot until ready to use.

    Serve with asparagus . – Grilled vegetables – Garlic broccoli
