Hollandaise Sauce |

Ingredients:
-
4 spoon Mayonnaise – 1 – spoon Mustard
-
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
-
1/2 cup Vegetable oil or olive oil
-
Sweet Melted Butter
-
pinch salt
-
Pinch Pepper
How to Make
- whisk mayonnaise and mustard with lemon juice and add slowly vegetable oil or
olive oil. and doubled in volume.
- Place the bowl on stove
- Keep on low flame
Continue to whisk rapidly
- Slowly drizzle in the melted butter and continue to whisk until the sauce is thickened
and doubled in volume. Remove from heat, whisk in cayenne and salt.
- Cover and place in a warm spot until ready to use.
Serve with asparagus . – Grilled vegetables – Garlic broccoli
